Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations and sales to Amendola, with a background that spans multiple industries. She began her career in communications at Honeywell’s European Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. In her role, she planned and executed customer meetings, sales team retreats, and designed and implemented marketing and advertising campaigns for new product introductions.
She has more than a decade of experience in fundraising, event planning, volunteer coordination and digital marketing with numerous nonprofit organizations in the Scottsdale area. Prior to joining Amendola, Michelle served as a marketing and communications director for Confinity Management, a high-tech consulting company.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Arizona State University.
Michelle lives in Scottsdale with her husband and two rescue dogs. She has two grown daughters, one in her senior year of college and the other attending grad school in San Diego. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and traveling to explore new places.
